DREAMWEAR Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Footwear Sneakers must be tried on indoors only. Any signs of outdoor wear, creasing, or sole marks will void the return. Original box must be included.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us before sending any item back.

- Accessories (socks, hats) for hygiene reasons
How to Return Email us at info@dreamwearldn.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a returns authorisation and instructions. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Faulty Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
