Orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped the same day (Mon-Fri) Excluding bank holidays.


Express Delivery via Royal Mail & UPS take 1-2 days to arrive from dispatch. (Some sizes may have different dispatch times)

Standard Delivery Generally takes 3-5 working days however can be shipped via next day delivery via Express Service. 


Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.


Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

A signature will be required on delivery, and someone else can sign for the package if necessary.

If you are not home to receive the delivery, our courier will re-attempt delivery on the next working day.

We cannot deliver to certain addresses such as student/campus accommodation, hotels, restaurants, stores, or forwarding addresses.

Most of our international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means that taxes and duties will be added at the checkout accordingly, and the cost of this depends on the country you are based.

The following countries are shipped to with Delivery Duties Paid:

Australia, Bahrain, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States, Vietnam.

Any other country or region outside the above list is subject to pay taxes & duties set by their country upon delivery.

Please note, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if you return your order.



If you are local to one of our stores, you are welcome to place an order for collection. To do this, please select the ‘Pick Up’ delivery method when checking out.
To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:
Confirmation email, official photo ID (passport or driving licence) and payment card used for the order.

We do not accept returns on FOOTWEAR unless if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Exchanges based on management discretion. 

For Clothing we a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return- if defective.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Incase you want refund shipping is not included.


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine the item and notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. If a refund request was approved, refunds will be done only through the original method of payment or in form of a credit note.
