Free Size & Style Exchanges

• We offer free exchanges to help you get the perfect fit or style.

• Simply select your preferred size or item and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

• Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return.

Refunds

If you’d prefer a refund instead:

• Return your item in its original condition.

• Once received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

• Per the Returns & Refund Policy, refunds are not provided for correct-size items based on fit preference.

While refunds are always available, we recommend exchanges first — it’s faster, free, and ensures you get exactly what you want.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• With all tags and packaging intact

• Free from marks, scents, and damage
